The fund was co-founded by Jose A. Torres, Adrian Stella, and Eduardo Lastra in 2022. The co-founders bring over 85 years of expertise in investment banking, private equity, real estate development, and project management.

Jose A. Torres-Monllor
Co-Founder and Managing Partner
Jose brings more than 30 years of private equity and investment banking experience. As the founder of Monllor Capital Partners and manager of the Puerto Rico Opportunity Zone Fund LP, he has vast experience managing private equity funds. He has a bachelor's degree from Colorado College and an MBA from the American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird).

Adrian Stella-Arroyo
Co-Founder and Partner
Adrian brings more than 30 years of real estate experience to MASCAP, along with experience in the renewable energy and business development sectors. As the founder of Stella Management Group, he has experience with property rental and investment, construction, finance, and more. He attended Jacksonville University.

Eduardo Lastra-Power
Co-Founder and Partner
Eduardo brigs more than 25 years in real estate and project management. He is the co-founder of Torsa Venture Group, and studied finance and business management at Interamerican University of Puerto Rico. He also holds a Florida Certified General Constructor Lic. #1528442.
